Thedis Miller –  President and CEO
Thedis established SEW in 2004 following a distinguished career managing successful teams in human resources, business development, call center operations, and customer service.  Among the many AT&T clients she served includes IBM, the State of Virginia, and the Federal Government.  Her vision for SEW:  to provide clients with insights on recruiting, managing, and building successful teams, improvements in delivery processes, and support for SAP technology initiatives.  Thedis is a certified Project Manager and holds an Ed.M. in Education & Psychology and a B.A. in Education from Rutgers University.

John Miller – SEW COO – Director Acquisitions
John brings a solid foundation in project management from 35 years plus in the commercial construction development arena. Possessing an impeccable ability to communicate with colleagues and as a team member, brings the skill of being a team leader, and team player. Associates Degree in Construction Science: University of Texas at San Marcos | Associates Degree in Information Systems Technology: Lowcountry Technical College Beaufort South Carolina. Understanding of Human Capital Management | Project Management and overall logistics of providing a service that is focused on customer satisfaction meld the strengths imperative to success. With keen logistics and analytical skills that have been developed over several facets of projects and scopes of work.

Dr. Kaneesha Tarrant – Advisor
Kaneesha brings the company new insight into Human Capital Management based on her current experiences in the leadership educational learning environment.  She has been actively involved in strategic planning and key initiatives in urban education. She is currently the Associate Dean of Outreach and Recruitment at East Los Angeles College, CA. She is an advocate and a public speaker for Breast Cancer.  Kaneesha has a BS and MS from Boston University and an Ed.D from the University Of Southern California in Educational Leadership.

Benny Gordon – Director of Education and Training
Benny has over twenty years in leadership roles with various companies including AT&T, Columbia National, Inc. and Comcast Corp. His broad business knowledge enabled him to successfully lead efforts that involved Customer Relationship Management, Program and Project Management, Process Reengineering, Call Center Design and Management, Business Development and Professional Development.  Benny also has extensive experience developing and delivering training programs for both private industry and government agencies.  He recently co-authored a workplace diversity training entitled Tolerance to Understanding to Embracing: A Leadership Workshop. He has a BS in Education and a BS in Economics from Texas State University; and Executive Education Certification in Business Management from University of Virginia’s Darden Business School.
